All the kids drew pictures in it and signed their names. His teacher, Mrs. Bassett, wrote: "Dylan, it has been wonderful having you in my class. I will miss you, but I know you will do great in your new school in Seattle. Have fun!" She also sent us an e-mail and said having Dylan in her class was great and that it really wasn't going to be the same without him. It made our hearts just a little heavier to leave, but it was a fun celebration and all the kids got to have homemade cookies and give Dylan hugs. Too many hugs if you ask Dylan!
